COVID-19 Policy

What I ask of you...

  • If you suddenly have any cold or flu-like symptoms the day of your appointment, please call to cancel/reschedule (you won’t be charged a late cancellation fee).
  • Masks are optional, unless you’ve been in a high-risk situation in the past 10 days*.
  • If you’ve tested positive or have been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, please let me know so we can reschedule.

*high-risk: Situations like traveling on a plane or attending a large gathering such as a graduation, large wedding or music concert, without a 2-way mask (i.e., N95/KN94).

What I'll do for you...

  • Both the office and bathroom have HEPA air filters and windows will be open for fresh air, weather-permitting.
  • I also run an ozone air purifier at the end of the day.
  • Sessions are spaced 30 minutes apart, to allow time for ventilation and sanitizing the massage table, doorknobs, surfaces, chairs and the bathroom.
  • I continue to wear a mask for yours, my family’s and my own safety.
  • I follow all of the same requests that I ask of you.
