1. Health Disclaimer
By using this site (jasonrumohr.com) or working personally with me, you are accepting full responsibility for your own health. If you have any concerns about the safety or efficacy of engaging with any Services or Products on this site, you have consulted with your doctor and followed their advice. While I am a licensed health care professional, the self-guided courses through this website should not be construed as healthcare, health advice, diagnosis or anything else health-oriented; they are meant for educational purposes only.
2. Consultations and Group Classes
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Hellerwork Structural Integrations Practitioner in the state of Washington. While working remotely (via phone or Zoom), I can still provide many services that are within my scope of practice, however, I’m unable to perform a full assessment without seeing you in person. Because of this, long-distance consultations and classes are intended for educational purposes only. Please refer to your local primary care provider for clinical care as needed.
Consultations and group coaching services are delivered via phone or video, using a secure HIPAA compliant third-party service. All sessions are recorded with your consent, and you will be given access to the recording for your own reference.
3. Cancellations
Consultations: If you need to cancel your session, please contact me via email (support@jasonrumohr.com or through the Contact page) at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not show or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, full payment for the session will be charged (excluding emergencies). All cancellations received in advance will be issued a full refund.
Classes: If you need to cancel your registration for an online class, please contact Jason Rumohr via email (support@jasonrumohr.com or through the Contact page) at least 3 days prior to the start of the class. Those who schedule more than 3 days prior to the scheduled class will be issued a full refund. Those who cancel within 3 days will receive 75% CREDIT, which can be redeemed for future classes or services. Those who cancel within 24 hours will receive 50% credit (excluding emergencies).
All refunds will be issued within 10 days (availability of funds may vary, depending on your bank’s policy).
4. Scheduling
Consultations and group coaching are scheduled using a third-party service on Jason Rumohr’s SSL-encrypted website. Using this online scheduling service implies that you also accept the terms of services and privacy policies of WPAmelia.com, Woocommerce.com and WordPress.org. You have the right to choose an alternative method of scheduling by contacting Jason Rumohr directly.
5. Payments and Fees
Payment is due either prior to your scheduled appointment, or at the time of service. Returned checks and credit card payments are subject to a $25 fee, in addition to the payment due.
6. "Lifetime" and "No expiration" Defined
Sometimes I offer special promotions at jasonrumohr.com, including “lifetime” access to class material, or coupons with no expiration date. Please know that I have every intention of being around for a very long time, however, life does happen, and there’s no telling what the future holds. Therefore, these special offers are available for as long as I am in practice and jasonrumohr.com is alive and well.
7. Privacy

8. Amendments
Jason Rumohr, LMT CHP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
