Please join me and others for a weekly short-but-sweet practice session of the Eight Brocades Qigong. This is one one of the oldest and most famous qigong forms. It’s easy to learn and satisfying to do. It’s a great way to wake up in the morning or as an energy boost mid-day. This is a free event.
These eight movements are designed to improve the health of every single part of your body. The results can be many, but some commonly reported ones are: “I feel much more relaxed” and “My body feels more solid, yet lighter.”
While the movements look and feel like stretches (and they will provide some stretching), they work at much deeper levels in the body than just stretching. From head to toes, they help you re-connect with your basic feelings of health.
Currently we meet Fridays from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM, Pacific Time, on Zoom. All are welcome—no experience is necessary. Come once or every week.
