What’s the Difference Between Tai Chi & Qigong?

Both Tai Chi and Qigong are wonderful exercises. But maybe you don’t want to spend the time to learn both – which one is best for you? Today’s short video will help you decide.

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) roughly translates as mindful movement. Or the more direct translation is energy cultivation practice.

Tai chi chuan translates as grand ultimate fist. The roots of tai chi are as a martial art, but most people practice it today for it’s many health benefits.

Both are relaxing yet energizing, nourishing and cleansing. But they achieve those results through different ways.

The qigong I teach is very easy to learn, so if you’re hot to trot to feel benefits sooner than later, start there! I am soon to launch a new qigong course, if you want to hear about the pre-sale details (hint hint, early bird incentive), then sign up here.

Want to here more about all my online and in-person classes? You can also sign up to hear about that, too.
